If you haven't tried our Green Mountain Marinades Grillin' Juice now would be a good time to do so. Marinate a pork tenderloin for a couple of hoursand grilled until medium. Mix a couple of tablespoons of Grillin' Juice or Jerky Juice into ground beef for some tasty burgers. Sirloin marinated for a couple or three hours, or even overnight in Grillin' Juice is pretty darn good too! One of my personal favorites, country style pork ribs marinated in Jerky Juice for about three hours and grill until medium done. Real tasty. Turn often while on grill, the maple syrup in the Juice may char some, but still great eating! Don't forget veggies, sweet peppers, garden fresh squash, yellow and zucchini, onions, even tomatoes, soaked in Grillin' Juice and grilled until done to your liking, more good stuff.
Use your imagination a little for fresh veggies, aspargus, brussels sprouts, and brocolli, also great braised on stove top or roastedin oven.

You can also order them right from this wesite. If you are lucky enough to live in Vermont - Beaudry's Store in Huntington, Jerihill Home and Garden RTE 15 Jericho, also Pelkey's Archery in St. Albans, Franklin County VT, Tribal Archery in Williamstown VT, Fayville F&G Market in East Arlington, VT - all carry our marinades. If your favorite store doesn't have Green Mountain Marinades ask them to let me know and we'll see what can be done, or you can let me know via email. Now I can't wait for the next season - would that be mud season? Jerky is a good thing to have while you're waiting to get pulled out!!!
Let's not leave out Green Mountain Marinades Grillin' Juice, a smooth, subtle, flavor enhancing marinade with a soy, worchestershire, red wine vinegar, with, of course maple syrup to cut the acid and black pepper for a little snap. We consider it a universal marinade working it's flavor magic on venison, caribou, turkey, bear, (GMM Grillin' Juice is the official marinade of and endorsed by Klucky's Outdoor Adventures of NH, Premier outdoor video outfitters). Also a favorite for pork and chicken along with fresh garden vegetables on the grill or in the oven. Another good gift giving idea. Order the online special combo pack and you or that someone special won't be disapointed!
Last summer we were showcasing our "Getting more famous each day" Grillin' Juice. Again we learn from wonderful customers "It aint just for grillin' Toto". Oven roasted Brussels sprouts, asparagus, brocolli, fresh squash, a medley of peppers, onions, and tomatoes. Also, wild turkey (the bird), pot roast, and I'm sure more, have benefited. Our GMM Grillin' Juice is the official marinade endorsed by Klucky's Outdoor Adventures of New England, which they marinate bear steaks and roasts in before cooking. Again, our GMM Grillin' is an outstanding flavor enhancer for grilling most meats and fish. A few of the ones we've tried or heard about to date. So go ahead and try GMM Grillin' Juice on something you like, maybe caribou, elk, buffalo, mountain goat, and anything else you may harvest or have access to. Enjoy!!!
